We have litigated 1933 and 1934 federal securities claims, Ohio and California securities claims, Civil RICO claims, negligent misrepresentation claims, fraud and conspiracy claims.

  • Defended a major securities dealer in various NASD arbitrations and lawsuits involving misallocation of an investment portfolio and unauthorized trading claims, among other claims.
  • Post-trial counsel in a $270 million securities class action.
  • Defended multinational accounting firm in a $500 million junk bond fraud lawsuit involving claims from private and public pension funds, private investment firms and individual investors.
  • Defended a joint venture partner in a nationwide 10b-5 class action brought by private investors against the joint venture partner.
  • Represented a private firm in Ohio, Nevada and California lawsuits involving derivative and state securities law claims.
